Sacra conversazione
Portrait of the Virgin with the Holy Child and Saints, into a single performance with any person "to be aware" of the presence of others or to participate with them in a common religious activity. This type of retable that was first mentioned in 15th century with works by Fra Angelo, Fra Lippi, and Philip Domenico Venetian, replaced the ply of Gothic art, in which the Virgin and the Child held the central part and every saint one of its lateral parts.
