Special Information for the Artist
She studied engraving at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1972-1977) and drawing at Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris (1977-1978). Her work contains more of ecological content where big regions of colour heat in thick layer are stretched out in the surface implying the ground, the hill, the horizon and that are interrupted by regions of chills of aquatic waves. She has presented her work individually (Collection 1981, 1983, Room of Art Athens 1988, 1991, 1994, 1996, Terrakota Thessaloniki 1992, Galerie Agathe Henkel Berlin 1993, 1996, Die Sparkasse in Bremen Bremen 1994, Zina Athanasiadou 1995) and has taken part in group exhibitions. She is member of EETE.
