: Vounatsou Myrto

Myrto Vounatsou is a graduate with honors in Painting, of the Athens School of Fine Arts (  1998  ) and the Department of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki ( 1991 ). In 1999 she studied at the department of Visual Communication of the Faculty o f Fine Arts i n Berlin. Since 1999, she is working as a teacher with topic the video in public and private educational institutions. In 2000, she completed her postgraduate studies in Digital Arts in the Digital Workshop Fine Arts and the National Technical University of Athens. Participated in seminars at the University of Birmingham - Department of Arts Artlink, Scotland (1995), which was related to programs about people with disabilities and parallel she has worked on various institutions of protection of people with disabilities. She has written textbooks and implemented programs with thematic content, the digital media. Simultaneously, she has worked with universities and institutions to implement programs about distance learning. She served as an Artistic Director and Technical Advisor and was involved in editing and special effects in short films and multimedia productions. Artistic work of her is published in magazines and has exhibited in art spaces, festivals and museums, parallel her works are in private collections. She is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts. She teaches as an Adjunct at the Department of Photography and Audiovisual Arts, since 2003.
