Special Information for the Artist
She was born in Keratsini. She was first introduced in 1999 at the School of Fine Arts of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She transcribed in the same year at the Athens School of Fine Arts. She studied painting under professors D. Mytaras G. Arvanitis and A. Christakis. She graduated in 2004 with honors. In 2007, she got a postgraduate degree from the University of East London with Professors Geoffrey Brunel, Alexis Harding (John Moores 23 Prize Winner), and Grenville Davey (Turner Prize Winner 1992). In 2009, she won a scholarship from the Fondation Ténot in France.
