Special Information for the Artist
He studied painting at Ecole des Beaux Arts of Marseille and ceramics at the Faculty Saint-Jean du Desert (1923-1930). During the years 1930-1942 he directed the artistic laboratory of S.A. Kerameikos while in 1942 until 1957 he was artistic director of factory “Ceramic AKEL” that had founded by the National Bank. He presented his work individually (Stratigopoulou 1930, Studio 1933, Kentrikon 1951, Zygos 1957, 1979, ATI 1962, Tholos 1976 etc.) and took part in group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. He was member of EETE.
