Special Information for the Artist
Stergios Tzelepis was born in Dialampi of Komotini, studied jewelry design and theater and graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2003. He moves between Athens, Thessaloniki and London and apart from painting he has dealt with jewelry design for television and theatrical productions in Greece and abroad. He has also worked as a radio producer. In 2003 he was awarded by the international organization “BP Portrait Awards” in London, under the auspices of the Prince of Wales.
Currently he is preparing a proposal for the study of manipulation of the body as "divine" and "fallen" for the Byzantine Museum of Athens.
