Special Information for the Artist
Born in Athens in 1964.
She studied painting at Athens School of Fine Arts (graduated 1991) under M. Kokkinidis, and continued her studies at the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes (1991-1992) in Madrid. She also attended sculpture courses at Athens School of Fine Arts in the laboratory of G. Lappas.
Her painting is confined mainly to landscape painting, in which uses materials such as grass and soil. She also created a series of works of agile sculptures-constructions from wire, leather and other cheap materials of arte povera.
She has presented her work in solo exhibitions and has participated in group exhibitions. She is a member of EETE (Chamber of Fine Arts).
