Special Information for the Artist
She was born in Arta, in 1970.
When she was 5 years old, her family settled permanently in Corfu. Then, took her first steps in painting, influenced by two different cultures: the mainland, from her father's side, and Corfu, from her mother's side.
She is self-taught. As a child, she was watching her father painting as a hobby, so she began to follow his footsteps. At the age of 13 years old, took part in a nationwide school painting competition and was awarded the second prize. But her later obligations kept her away from painting for years. But the flame of art was slowly burning constantly in her, to flare up many years later. So, at the beginning of the millennium created to her house her own atelier.
Paints on different surfaces such as canvas, glass, wood, wax, metal, stone walls, while recently deals with pyrography. Collaborates with decorators of Corfu and undertakes to decorate with her works, famous shops of the island (cafes, bars, etc.).
