Special Information for the Artist
Κostas Routis was born in Athens in 1954.
He studied close to teachers who left with their work a strong presence in the artistic events of our country, such as N. Eggonopoulos and P. Tetsis. He studied scenography, graphic arts, art history at Vakalo School, under G. Vakalo, Helen Vakalo etc. From 1996 to 2003, he taught freehand drawing and composition. He publishes the journal of literature and art, "Periplanitis", while as a writer has published 25 books. Since 1993 he is a member of the Union of Greek Writers and since 1998 he is vice-president.
