Special Information for the Artist
He studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1965-1970) under N. Nikolaou and G. Moralis. He continued his studies in Paris, at Ecole des Beaux-Arts (1973-1979) under G. Sinver (painting) and R. Licata. In the beginning of the 80’s he focused on experimental aesthetics. He was taught by G. Xenakis and worked with F. Molnar at the laboratory of research and psychophysiology of the vision at the Institute d’Esthetique et des Science de l’ art, Sorbonne, Paris. Solo exhibitions: Metsovo 1978, “Ergastiri 17” Ioannina 1978, “Collection” 1979, College of Athens 1979, 1983, “Simvoli” 1980, “Berthe” Paris 1982, “Ora” 1983, “Nees Morfes” 1986 and more. Has has also participated in group exhibitions.
