Special Information for the Artist
She was born in Athens. She studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts under Giannis Moralis and stage design under Vassilis Vasiliadis. She received a scholarship in 1971, a stage design scholarship from 1973 to 1975, and a commendation in 1975 for her poster. She continued her studies at the Croydon College of Art during 1976-79. On her return to Greece, she had her first solo exhibitions at "Sillogi" gallery in Athens in 1981. Her works are found in the Vorres museum, and in private collections in Greece and abroad.
