Special Information for the Artist
He studied painting at Gewerbeschule in Switzerland and afterwards at Slade School of Fine Arts and Central School of Arts and Crafts in London. He was member and coordinator of the team “La Ligne et la Signe” with vision to combine the restrictions of drawing with the freedom of colour, something that is distinguished so much in his drawings as long as you watch them up. He has presented his work individually (Heffer Cambridge England 1954, Galleria di Numero Firenze 1954, Voyelles Paris 1955, Allerie A.G Paris 1958, 1960, Ruth White N.Yorki 1959, Merlin 1965, Art Thessaloniki 1965, ATI 1966, Gallerie der Bunchandlung Hans Lugert etc.) and has taken part in group exhibitions as well. He has published articles.
