Special Information for the Artist
He was self-taught. He studied pharmaceutical and botany in Paris and Strasbourg (1926-1929). With his painting he proposes a system of digit calculation which comes from the Pythagorean theory. He presented his work individually (EBE Thessaloniki 1951, French Institute Thessaloniki 1952, Zygos 1958, Institute Gkaite 1969, Zita M Thessaloniki 1969, Kreonidis 1976, 1980, Small Gallery of Art Thessaloniki 1978, Kochlias Thessaloniki 1982, Nees Morfes 1984, Bafopouleio PK Thessaloniki 1986, Agkathi 1987, Observer Thessaloniki 1990, PD Patreon 1991, Opinion 1993) and took part in group exhibitions as well. He published poems, technocritical notes and studies. He was member of the team “Artistic Company”.
