Special Information for the Artist
He was born in Lamia, in 1946.
He studied painting at the School of Fine Arts (1970-1975) in the laboratories of G. Moralis and N. Niκolaou, and decorative and applied arts at the Ecole des Arts Appliqués et Metiers d'Art (1977-1982) in Paris.
He gave a series of everyday forms, couples on the beach, on the table, the crowd in the square, etc. With general and abstract touch, he manages to recreate genre scenes, giving variations and successive moments of his subject. On his compositions, the strong color plays an important role. He also dealt with the abstract expressionist landscapes.
He has presented his work in solo exhibitions:

He has been dealt with book publishing. He teaches graphic arts and design at TEI of Athens, and has published texts on painting: "Painting truth through short stories", Zygos, 55 (1982) etc. He is a member of EETE (Chamber of Fine Arts).
