BIOGRAPHY

He was born in Athens on September 24, 1932.

1947-1950: First, he studied drawing and painting near Tassos Loukidis.
1950-1955: Studied painting and decorative arts at the school of Fine Arts of Athens and at E.N.S.A.I.T. of Roubaix.
1954: First solo exhibition at PARENTHOU Gallery in Roubaix.
1958-1991: Participation in group exhibitions in France, Greece, Italy, Germany, Belgium and USA, the 4th BIENNALE DE PARIS (1965) with sets and costumes and the 31st International Fair Foundation MICHETTI (1977).
1958-1991: More than 30 solo exhibitions in Greece (Athens, Piraeus, Thessaloniki, Volos, Larissa, Corinth, Mykonos), France (Paris, Roubaix), Germany (Munich, Donovert, Karlsruhe, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Lindbergh), USA (New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles).
1963: Medal ARTS, SCIENCES ET LETTRES, to report to the PAUL AMBROISE Gallery in Paris.
1965-1967: Teaches Aesthetics of Video, Set and Costume Design at the Stavrakos Film School.
1972-1990: Teaches painting at the Veloudakis free workshop.
1975: Establishes with his students the PLUS group and center.
1976: Publication of the book, form and thematic content in painting.
1977: Publication of his book, The Suit.
1980: Founder, along with members of the SYN, the namesake magazine Affairs Fine Arts. The magazine cut its adoption in 1985.
1981: Member of EETE and A.I.A.R.
1985: Represents Greece in the 11th Congress of A.I.A.R. in Baghdad.
1986: Founding member of the visual arts magazine «70 x 100», whose publication stopped the next year.
1987: Translates in Greek the book of Paul Siniak “From Eugene Delacroix in Neo-impressionism”.  Publication of the Association of Art Course’s Teachers.
1990: Publication of the book "The color-concept, perception, sensation, practice" by the company "Kalvos."
1992: Retrospective exhibition at TITANIUM Gallery.
