Special Information for the Artist
He was born in Piraeus. He studied sculpture at ASKT (1950-1953) and continued studding at Accademia di Belle Arti (1960-1963) Firenze.
He has presented his work individually (Gallery of Art 1958, Galleria Martelli Firenze 1963, Duke University Art Museum Carolina 1970 Diogenis 1975, 1976, Zygos 1978, Arcadian Festival Tripoli 1984, Art gallery Pieridi 1993, Argo 1993, Argo Nicosia 1994, Bourkariani Kea 1995, Greek-German Education 1996) and has taken part in team exhibitions as well.
He made monuments and sculptural compositions for public spaces. He also made a lot of medals. He was honoured with various discriminations. He illustrated poetic collections. He taught shortly in the secondary education. He worked as a conserver. He is member of EETE.
