Special Information for the Artist
She studied painting at ASKT (1972-1977). She watched also in the laboratories stage design, ceramics, typography and the art of book. She demonstrates human bodies not beautiful or real but shows a maturity of flesh and simultaneously submits in the spectator semiotic hints of sociological aiming.
She has presented her work individually (New Forms 1982, 1987, 1992, 1996) and has taken part in group exhibitions as well. She has dealt with stage design. She participated in the Team of Figurative Education entitled “Melina of” Ministry of Education titled “Education and Culture” and has published her proposal titled “Labyrinth”. She has taught in secondary education (1977-1991), in the laboratory of art (1978-1982) in Chalcis, as well as in ` A laboratory of Painting in the ASKT. She is member of EETE.
