Ιoanna Mitsea - Malamou was born in 1913.
He studied painting at the School of Fine Arts with teachers: P. Mathiopoulos, O. Argiros and K. Parthenis.
Her work includes scenes from everyday life, landscapes and still lifes. But her favorite theme was flowers with pastel.
For her bid was awarded the Medal of Paris (1969), the Medal of Athens (1973) and the Municipality of Piraeus (1976).
