BIOGRAPHY

He was born in Chios, in 1881 and died in Piraeus, in 1965.

An artist who worked mainly on landscapes, Stelios Miliadis began his studies near K. Bolanakis at the School of Fine Arts in Athens and continued at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich where he had Gyzis and von Lofftz as teachers. He completed his studies in Paris at the School of Fine Arts.

He worked in Paris for fifteen years and he presented his work in many exhibitions.

His work which is in the area of outdoor painting is distinctive for its preference to themes of nature.
