He studied in Paris in Academie de la Grande Chaumiere (1921-1922) and in Munich in Hans Hofmann Schule fur bildende Kunst (9123-1924) and Konigliche Bayerische Akademie der bildenden Kunste (1924-1926). He was directed to a social realism trying to combine techno tropic elements from painters such as V.Van Gogh, D.Galani and A.Marquet. He made a lot of paintings for churches in Alexandria, in Cairo and in Lakonia and also murals of public buildings.
He presented his work individually (Galerie Paul, Alexandria
1927 , Galerie Breval Cairo 1929, Parnassos 1932, 1947, Foyer des Intellectuels Hellenes d'Alexan drie Alexandria 1954, Atelier Alexandria 1954, Zygos 1959, Ledra Pallas Nicosia 1963, Hilton 1968, Ora 1971, Rotonta 1978 etc.) and took part in group exhibitions as well. He has been one of the founding members and chairman of Team “Free Artists”. He was member of EETE.
