Special Information for the Artist
She began studying painting at the School of Fine Arts (1947-1948) near G. Morali and P. Mathiopoulos, and continued later (1987-1992) under H. Dekoulakos and Ch.Mpotsoglou. Her work includes mainly landscapes, traditional villages, human figures and portraits. She handles her issues with spontaneity and color sensitivity in the context of realism.
She has presented her work in solo exhibitions (P.K.D of Athens 1980 "Parnassos" 1981, 1983, 1985 etc) and has participated in group exhibitions ("Parnassos" 1981, 1985, 1992 etc.). Her works can be found in Greek Embassy in Brussels and in the Collection of the National Bank. She is a member of EETE.
