Special Information for the Artist
He studied painting at ASKT (1923-1930). Apart from painting he dealt particularly with mosaic, yalografia, fresco design, engraveable and drawing. He is author with knowledge and interests for styles tendencies with academic character and clearly personal figurative language. In his completion and the ideological content of his ancient forms blames the answer the concerns and the expansive tendencies of modern, are incorporated delivery and renewal.
He presented his work individually (Zygos 1961, Art Thessaloniki 1962, Scott Richard's Gallery Chicago 1962, Art Thessalonica 1969, Astor 1970, Dimitria Thessaloniki 1978, Bafopouleio PK Thessaloniki 1984, White Tower Thessaloniki 1984, EPMAS 1989, Bellideio PK Thessaloniki 1989) and took part in group exhibitions as well. He participated in archaeological excavations and researches. He created furniture and objects of daily use, posters, covers of books etc They were member of teams “Stathmi”, “Laboratory” and EETE.
