Special Information for the Artist
Born in Florina, in 1960. He initially studied at the Pedagogic Academy in Athens (1978-1980). He continued with studies of painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1983-1988), close to D. Mytaras, D. Kokkinidis and T. Paraskidis. He attended engraving classes near Th. Exarchopoylos. He continued postgraduate studies in painting at the Accademy of Art College (1992-1993) in San Francisco and his work is expressed through neoexpressionism. He paints big surfaces with effervescent chromatic oppositions emphasizing the psychografic output.
