Special Information for the Artist
He studied medicine in Athens for three years. After the end of war he abandoned his medical studies and studied at the School of Fine Arts. At the same time he began to collaborate with Athenian newspapers as a cartoonist. After one and a half year he abandoned his studies and returned to Cyprus where he served as professor of art at the pagkyprio High school. He also taught art at the English School of Nicosia. In his steps alongside with his creative work, he dealt also with coping work of trains in order to satisfy the demand that emanated from the new-creative urban order. He presented his work in individual exhibitions (Intellectual Fraternity Nicosia 1952, Nicosia Club Nicosia 1953).
