Special Information for the Artist
Born in Athens, 1947.
He studied scenography at the L. Stavrakos School. He made free studies of painting in Kassel of Germany.
His themes include human form and compositions with symbolic or erotic content. He has been influenced by H. matisse and P. Picasso, surrealism, Pop Art and comics. Bright colours, prolific forms, emphasized outlines, effect from the primitive art, are the characteristics of his work. His creation is moved in the frames of new-represantative painting.
He is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts.
