Special Information for the Artist
Angela Karali was born in 1972 and grew up in Munich, Germany.
She studied graphic arts and studied under Roman Bachmair and Otto Völker. In Athens, she studied under Petros Koufovasilis. She finished the Higher School of Fine Arts in Athens with Professor Triantafillos Patraskidis. There, she attended classes of sculpture and woodcarving.
She participated in group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. In 2008 she took part in exhibitions "SOUND, SPACE, ACTION 2" at Technopolis and at the "M Art Space" gallery in Athens. She was also selected and she participated in the exhibition "Nine women painters talk to the environment" in the summer of 2008. In 2009, she held a solo exhibition at the Danish Institute. Her works are in private and public collections. She is a member of EETE.
