Special Information for the Artist
He studied theology at the Rizaris School and the University of Athens. He continued his theological studies in Munich where he also studied History of "Art Alongside" and he worked as a painter. He painted landscapes, portraits and paintings but his main theme of art was the sea, ancient triremes byzantine corvettes etc.. His personal contribution to the Greek seascapes consists in the enrichment of iconographic types, simplifying the colors of his touch. Indications that the painter reflects the spread of expressionism in Greece.
