BIOGRAPHY

He studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1928-1936). He worked as a designer in the Architectural Department of Ministry of Education while at this period he was extracted in the ASKT as a commissary. In 1946 he was engaged by the Bank of Greece in the IETA where he worked up to 1968, and in 1957 he studied with scholarship in Rome. He dealt with oil paintings and with the water colour. His issues include portraits still lifes and landscapes. The painting is initially inspired by the impressionism and to end of his artistic creation touches upon the expressionism. He has presented his work individually so much in Greece as much in abroad (Stampa Estera Rome 1957, Italian Institute 1958, Municipal Theater Piraeus 1962, 1966, Galleria Laurenti Venice 1966, International Art Galerie de la Palme d' Or Monte-Carlo 1973). He has also taken part in group exhibitions. He is member of EETE.
