Special Information for the Artist
Expressed very early special interest in art and in 1929 he published his sketches in the “Physique of Paidon” magazine. He studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1931-1936). He created sets and costumes for Alkisti of Eyripidis. His paintings although the shaping and the defragment of forms, the combination of synthetic types, he manages to combine the necessity and freedom, present and history, certainty and insecurity, life and death. He presented his works for first time in 1930. He presented his work in individual exhibitions (Asylum of Art 1931, House of art lovers 1943, 1944, Romvos 1949). He also published the essay “the painting”. He was member of EETE.
