Special Information for the Artist
Painter and set designer. He was born in Kilkis, in 1941.
He studied at the School of Fine Arts (graduated 1970) painting under G. Mavroidis, set design under B. Vassiliadis, and hagiography under T. Xynopoulo.
In his themes are included urban landscapes and compositions with female figures. In his work, which moves in the frame of figurative art, he uses symbolic forms of expression and attribute the forms schematically.
He has presented his work in solo exhibitions and has participated in group exhibitions. Along with painting, he is dealing with the set design. He is a member of EETE (Chamber of Fine Arts).
