Special Information for the Artist
He studied sculpture and set design at the Athens School of Fine Arts whereas two years later he won the ‘Parthenis’ Reward for his painting. Characteristic of his work are the texts that accompany the pictures, referring to cartoon.
He has presented his work in individual exhibitions (Astor 1969, 1972, Art Thessaloniki 1972, Studio I 1972, Ora 1974, 1982, Panselinos Thessaloniki 1976, 1978, «Nees Morfes» 1976, 1979, 1984, 1987, 1992, 1994, 1997, College Athens 1978, French Institute Piraeus 1996) and has participated in group ones as well. He has been rewarded twice in the international exhibition of artistic book of Lipsias for the best drawn books in the world. He is member of EETE.
