Athens 1906 - 1994

An artist who begin his studies with Parthenis and continues them in Paris at the Academy Ronson with Bissier and Garkolanis as teachers. He exhibits his work at various art galleries in Paris and in 1928 he presents his first personal exhibition in Athens as well. His painting will go through many styles of the art and will finall establish itself in a clearly personal, expressive style. In his most characteristic paintings, he marvelously combines the style of cubism with fauvism colouring, but always in his clearly personal style.
