Special Information for the Artist
She was born in Athens in 1936. She studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts with G. Moralis and G. Mavroidis as well as Archaeology at the Athens University and History of Art at the University of London. Her paintings are distinguished by the decisive role of colors and their expressionistic character, as well as for their extensions into symbolism. She utilizes the conquests of abstract expressionism, without sacrificing completely the object of presentation.
