Special Information for the Artist
She studied at the Athens, School of Fine Arts, Painting under I. Moralis, Mosaic with I. Kolefas, Art of Book Printing under I. Papadakis and History of Art under Professor Marina Lampraki-Plaka. She also studied Painting and Mosaic in Ecole National Superieure des Beaux Arts Paris. In 1981 she taught decoration at the Athens TEI. In 1982 she received an EOMMECH scholarship to study Mosaic abroad and from 1983 to 2007 she taught in the Greek Public High School system. She was a member of team of that wrote the book for the Free Drawing(Applied Arts ) course, for the TEE Pedagogic Institute and a member the committee of reviewers for the book Psifidografia( Applied Arts ) for the TEE Pedagogic Institute. During the period 2008-2009 she collaborated with the Loumidis company in a promotion of its coffee products that received a prize from NESTLE. Her work can be found in private collections in Greece and abroad: in Swatch, in Alpha TV, in the Italian Federation of Track and Field, in Commercial Value AAE, in the group Aspis Actuarial and in collections of known policies.
Summary:
Expressionist painter, having studied in Higher School of Fine Arts of Athens and Ecole National Superieure des Beaux Arts in Paris, and having presented 15 individual exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Greece and abroad since 1979. I am currently cooperating with Belgravia Gallery In London and Hong Kong.
