Special Information for the Artist
He was born in Tropaia of Arkadia, in 1957. He studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts and stage design under V. Vasiliadis. He teaches at the Athens School of Fine Arts ever since 1989. Three colors (sepia, black and white) constitute mainly his palette. His compositions are austere and strict with rough light and shadow confrontations. The surrealistic and symbolic elements mark his work. He is a member of the Pictorial Arts Chamber of Greece.
