: Angelakis Michalis

Painter - Engraver. He studied painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts under G. Mavroidis and Y. Moralis (1962-1968).

Themes: he focuses on human figure, especially the feminine one. His works are characterized for the simplicity in the composition, the abstractive perception and the colors' expressionistic application. In his engravings he combines symbols' abstractive forms, byzantine letters and shreds of items.
