Construction
Work in three dimensions by various materials (wood, cardboard, paper, wire, sheet metal, cans, cloth, string, etc.). In autumn of 1912, Picasso presented the first samples of the species, while in 1914-5 Tatlin exhibited in Moscow his first "reliefs" and "corner reliefs" (having already seen in 1913 as the works of Picasso). Even though this type of art was invented by a painter, it was adopted by sculptors very quickly. The first constructions of Laurent and Archipenko are dating since 1914 (Asamplaz).
